Booking & Cancellation Policies

All initial bookings require a 50% deposit. All 2-hour+ rehearsals include a complimentary 15 minutes of time, for setup or breakdown. As musicians, we know how valuable every minute of your rehearsal time is. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. If canceled before 24 hours, there is no charge. Otherwise, cancellations and no-shows will forfeit their deposit. Once you've become an established part of our family, a phone call or email will suffice for future bookings. Parking can be limited. Please be courteous of inbound sessions that will need parking spaces, and vice versa. *For established, touring bands with label affiliation, please contact our GM for booking. ( We are happy to lock down the facility to accommodate your band, roadies, engineers, and full crew ) As we are partnered with DogManic Productions & Recording Studios, a full-service production facility, we can accommodate a myriad of Services.
