Booking, Cancellation & General Policies

All initial bookings require a 50% deposit. All rehearsals include 10 minutes of Complimentary load-in time. BONUS! We expect a timely departure at the end of Ur session, to let the next band in! PARKING: Parking may be limited during peak hours. Please let us know how many cars you will be bringing as a heads up since we have assigned parking for each room/client. If you have a very involved load-in process, please let us know in advance so we can give you priority parking. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance. If canceled before 24 hours, there is no charge. Otherwise, cancellations and no-shows will forfeit their deposit. Once you've become an established part of our family, a text or email will suffice for future bookings. RULES: Food IS NOT allowed in any of the Studios, unless prearranged by Mgmt. Closed Lid Beverages are allowed throughout the facility, but not allowed on any Gear. We are a non-smoking facility. Ask the Front Desk where our smoking section is. We ask that you are respectful of 779: DogManic Rehearsal Studios. GEAR PLACEMENT: Each room has been carefully designed, staged, and acoustically tuned to deliver the best possible sound during your rehearsal time — as long as you don’t push the gear to 11! We supply instrument & XLR cables for each amp and mic. Plug-in and play! Cymbals are not included with drum kits, but can be rented for $15 per session. If you’re bringing your own amps or other gear, let us know in advance. We do stock Misc. strings, picks, drumsticks, music stands, and MORE if you happen to forget anything. RECORDING & PRODUCTION SERVICES: As we are partnered with DogManic Recording Studios, a full-service production facility, we can accommodate a myriad of Services, In AND Out of the studio. Including Recording, Mixing, and Mastering, Music Production & Songwriting, Dolby Atmos Production, ADR & Voiceover, and Video Productions. This is not our first rodeo. Whatever your needs are...
